- Former NYC girl living midlife with a vengeance in the Hamptons and loving it. (The only place better is the west coast almost anywhere but I'm not complaining.)
Wife to a fabulous, supportive Brit whose two beautiful children Katie and Michael live way too far away in the UK.
We have 5 cats and I have no idea how this happened but it's all good and we are not crazy cat people.
Former pro chef who still cooks privately now and again but my main biz is women's wellness. I'm a certified coach and this satisfies my love affair with listening to people's stories.
My mission is to stay in the light, be the change I want to see, and lead others to their personal power in health and wealth.
