- About Me:
- Hello to all, I m 28 and have spent the majority of my adult life in construction. I started my life out in a little village called Kildress in Northern Ireland. I spent the majority of my life being told what i couldn't do. Pretty much took flack from being too tall to thin and questioned by people in a way that looking back now made me more determined to succeed. In school always enjoyed writing English language and Literature . Always s got pretty good grades but i guess because of opening up in writing i exposed myself to flack from friends and class mates so never pursued that further. In fact never went onto college as i had the opinion at the time that i was nt smart enough even though i passed all the necessary exams. Was never exactly happy to spend the rest of my life in an office either, always thought it was mundane.Started on building sites as that was the normal for the majority of people in my area.
Even though at the time i was only 17 had looked into the possibility of buying a house before the market s began to rise significently but again i listened to the nay sayers.Housing prices rose by at least 100, 000 in that time. Shame on me.
I had enough of being told what i can and can t do , i was 21 , it was the 1st year anniversary of sept 11th. With people telling me i d never make it and i d be home in a week i headed of to Philidelphia. With heightened security in place i arrived safe and sound to begin with a new outlook on things. Unfortunately i also carried my willingness to care what other people thought of me here as well . To be honest it s something thats held me back in more ways than one . I v always thought i can make a difference in people s lives ,In 2003 i signed up and took a course with the american cash flow association. Which later lead me to Peter Pocklington, who in turn led me here. Amazing journey when i think about it . Thanks for taking the time to read a little about me , Hopefully it makes sense to you
